West end apartment for rent

Hi and greetings all;
The tourist and winter season is upon us...and I have only one apartment left!
I do not expect that it will last too long, already have deposits for other, only this one remaining fully furnished unit.
Recently remodeled and painted apartment.

King size bed with matching dresser and nite stands.
A large living area with sofa (makes into a double bed for guests) and large comfortable rocking chair, huge modern bathroom with tub and shower.
Recently refurbished and tropically painted kitchen with eating area, frost free refrigerator with ice maker, gas oven and range, beer / wine cooler-refrigerator, gas dryer and king capacity washer.
High efficiency air conditioned, fans everywhere, satellite TV connection, BroadBand VI Internet, and soon to get back Innovative telephone and cable TV….soon!
This unit also has a wonderful private wood deck overlooking the ocean /beaches of the west end and forest areas surrounding the property.
There are fruit trees: orange, papaya, mango, lime, and banana.
The unit also includes a really neat roof top gazebo…view for miles, comfortable area to “lime”.
I cannot think of another property on this island that has a roof top gazebo!
This is my last apartment unit, on time rental fee @ $800.00/month, utilities are metered and are not included.
We are also pet friendly!
