wanted: STT apt. near UVI for couple, rent Aug. 1

Hello everyone,

I am relocating to St. Thomas to begin a masters program in Marine and Environmental Science at UVI. I will be joined by my boyfriend, a prep-cook/sous-chef. We are very excited about the move and will be flying in to St. Thomas the last week of July. We will be arriving Monday July 25th and staying in a vacation rental while we apartment hunt. We would love to find a place for the two of us close to the university or in town. If you have a place for long term rental that meets most of these criteria, we would love to talk to you and set up a viewing during the last week in July!

- Close to campus or town/in town
- Affordable ~ $850 - 1000 month (ideally)
- Gas range would be great!
- Furnished would be ideal, we will just have suitcases with clothes and essentials
- A backup generator would be a huge plus!
- Lawn or balcony space where we can put planters would be another plus
- proximity to public transport (safari or bus) would be a plus
- long term lease starting August 1

We are quiet, responsible tenants. We are NOT party people and are very clean. We can provide tenant, professional, and academic references if needed. Thanks so much!
