I am looking to purchase 95 cubic feet or larger capacity scuba tanks in hydro or not.

uh... 95 cubic "feet"... that would be a pretty big tank...
are you wanting aluminum or steel? standard width or a fatter tank is alright?

steel would be preferable but aluminum ok, any diameter/length fine.
