Wanted: 1 bedroom apt. on STT

Good Afternoon,

My boyfriend and I are relocating to STT in early October and looking to rent a 1 bedroom anything for at least 8 months. I will have a vehicle, so I will need something with some sort of parking option, even if its on the street. We are looking for something with some essential furnishings, but we can make do with very little in that respect. We are also looking to spend no more than $1000 a month if thats possible. We would also like one that has some sort of balcony or gallery (just enough to grow some plants as we both like to garden). I know that STT is not big, but its has been recommended to me that I get something on the south side because I will be working in Havensight. We both have excellent references and are clean, responsible people that enjoy living in areas of diversity.
