Jerry - I have a St. C's condo available for ren through the end of the year that might be exactly what you'd like. It's at the highest elevation in the complex and in very good condition. The views can't be beat. Call me at your convenience and I can tell you more about it and send photos.

I'd scratch Coral Princesse off your list. Fairly high incidence of crime, vandalism, car thefts, etc.

Last week, four condos along a row were broken into and burglarized during the night. Three of the condos were occupied at the time, so the thieves were inside while the occupants were sleeping. Laptop, purse, car among the known stolen items.

My wife and I are looking for a condo to rent September 15 to Dec 15
We will be looking at condos to purchase during that time
At this time we think we prefer one of the following:
Southgate Courtyard Villas
St Croix by the Sea
Granada del Mar
Coral Princess
Questa Verde

If anyone can provide information regarding a rental property please PM me. Our schedule is flexible so we could work with different time frames if necessary. Would also appreciate any info concerning any condos for sale in the above complexes but we won't be buying until we are there.

Hi. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Ft Augusta (same area as Schooner Bay) overlooking the harbor, close to Gallows Bay and Christiansted amenities, yet a stable community. Large pool on site for condo residents, over looking the northern waters. We are finishing a renovation (redecoration and new funishings) Balcony with sunset views. Safe - complex has come through all hurricanes with very little damage, A lot of the units had no damage, even from Hugo. This is an area of low turnover... ie long term residents and/or owner occupied. If interested, please respond via PM
