Hello all,
I recently moved in to a really nice spot on the north side of St. Thomas in the Wintberg area. We live in the main house of the property but we also have a cottage that we are renting out short term on Airbnb and VRBO. We are renting it at a great price but we will go even lower for locals etc.

Looks great! I saw the link on Facebook from Jerry (friend of mine from Caribbean Buzz) - I plan on coming over once every month or two from STX to see friends (STT resident for 7 years until I moved to the big island this past April). Miss my peeps and need to get my fix with the views, beaches and restaurants over there that just aren't quite the same over here. I will certainly share this info with any of my friends who need extra space for guests and will be in touch when I make some more firm plans after the first of the year!
