Update on Apartment, St. Croix

Good afternoon! There have been several changes to the apartments listed from friends that I assist in terms of connecting tenants and apartments (including my own). Christiansted: One bedroom apartment, 1/3 mile from Old Town Christiansted, on busline: A month to month rental is available for a lovely apartment surrounded by gardens and trees only 1/3 mile from C'sted. It has a large bedroom, nice living room and kitchenette as well as a bath. There is a patio that is 7' x 25 feet, All is furnished, and starter linens and towels are provided to the new tenant. The price has been reduced to $650 per month, and includes everything (electric, water, WiFi, Direct TV with HBO and Showtime). It does not include use of the a/c, however that can be negotiated. Just renovatedwith new paint, deep cleaning and upgrades. Very safe neighborhood. Apartment is one of two that are on 1/3 acre of land with 14 acres behind it. To secure, an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday would need to be scheduled, and the apartment will NOT be held without the first month;'s rent and 1/2 month's rent as s security deposit. Please PM if you would like to set up an appointment. Very relaxed atmosphere, however is serene. We discourage the use of substances to the point where they would be disruptive to others. Long Reef Condominium, East End, St. Croix: This townhouse condominium is spectacular and with all the amenities one could want. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, lovely kitchen, living room and two patios downstairs, master bedroom, washer/dryer and bath upstairs. The rent is approximately $1,350 per month, and the utilities will need to be negotiated with the owner. For the right tenant, there can be flexibility. One year lease, no pets, and smoking only outside. This is a gem and at a very reasonable price by island standards. Solitude, Top of the Mountain Estate, East End, St. Criox: There is a studio apartment that is on steroids, very large, tons of storage, generator back up and lovely grounds. Views of neighboring islands and an outdoor barbeque, multiple sitting areas and bar to entertain guests. This is a steal at $1,000 per month and a one month security. There is a pool, however it is being retiled at this time. It is a non-paid for amenity, so when it is complete, it will be deep, clean and cool for your use at no extra charge. Please Private message with the subject line of Solitude Studio. Lease required and no pets allowed. An adult situation as the pool, when ready, would be not appropriate for children.

Solitude, Top of the Mountain: In the same estate as above, there is a cottage for rent for $1,600.00. Absolutely gorgeous, made from hand ground stone walls and native stone polished flooors. Huge master bedroom., kitchen with great storage...very efficient; a storage room a TV room and a breakfast nook. All this and a wriap around deck overlooking the pool as well as neighboring islands. Private grill on the deck to the cottage. A must see. One month security and a six month lease are required, as well as proof of ability to affort (i.e. job verification of funds verification).
