Two Units in South East End Ready to Rent
I will be moving to STT. the end of May and need a 2 bedroom apartment. I will be working in the hospital. Is the apartment still available and how near is it to Schneider? Are the iguanas plentiful in that area? I am not really a beach bum but this place sounds reasonable. You can also email me @ jacqueline.bonnick@emoryhealthcare.org
I still have one unit left.....
email me directly at im4whs@aol.com or call 219-508-2690
Thanks
Kim
Hello ,
Tried to call you, i have no pets bujt interested in your home....please email me more info on abbi@calabashmovies.com. I am planning my movein June 2007.
Never have understood the first, last security bit...I guess I have never made that great of a salary cause I can't imagine coming up with 2 months rent plus extra when I am paying my current without...you know, eating and stuff. It would be one thing if you could add an extra $100 or something to your rent till you made up that last but it's never that loose of a rule.
Must be nice for those who can do it.
pretty much standard in the usvi
Oh I know, it's the standard most places, still doesn't stop it from being awful.
Scremped: Landlords in general aren't concerned with what your perception of "awful" might be. Given the transient population here in the Virgin Islands, landlords generally require first, last and one month's security for very good reason based on experience. If you were ever a landlord in the VI you'd understand it.
Again I get it, it just still sucks that I have to ask my dad for help when I want to move somewhere...all I need is one, "you're right it sucks," and I'll be fine, honest.
Being a landlord myself I agree more with justsomeone. I personnally do not as for last month rent but do ask one months rent as deposit and keep it if they move out early, which I spell out in my lease. Maybe once you have experienced the joys of home ownership let alone being a landlord you'll understand why I dont agree with you scremped. It sucks much more being the landlord and having tenants move out unexpectantly or trash your place or not tell you when something is broken and let it go for a year and the 101 and one other things tenants will do to surprise you. While managing in CA I had some tenants that spell out their names in beer bottle caps in the ceiling. Some people are just animals.
Oh well, never mind then.
It is definitely the way it has to be...you never know what's going to happen and need to protect your investment and property. Thanks for helping people understand.
And yes I still have one unit available.

Hi , is your property still available or can you please assist me? We have two but want to move to the USVI's and will need a long term place to stay for a few months until we find a permanent rental or home... can you point me in any direction where I might find a place that allows the pets?
Thank you!
