Our former landlord has two cottages for rent. They are small and basic, 2 BR, one bath. Suitable for single, couple, or even 2 roommates. Fenced yard, parking. On landlord's property. We lived in one for a year when we first arrived on STX. Property is at the top of the road between Mon Bijou and LaValle. Excellent location for anyone working at Hovensa, Country Day or Good Hope School, airport, etc. Also handy to Cane Bay beach and it's many fine drinking and dining establishments. This is a very quiet neighborhood, I live across the street. Landlord's name is Alan Chardon 778-2692 or cell 690-2958. Both have A/C in one BR. I think he's asking $950, which would include water. He's a nice guy, give him a call.
