Townhouse for sale just east of C'sted, across from Gallows Bay in Mahogany Welcome.
This is a 2 or 3 bedroom, one bath unit with an open floor plan and high ceilings.
The HOA fee is $400 per YEAR!!! Not a misprint!

Hi. Is this townhouse still availabe for sale? What kind of condition is it in? How old is it? Are renters in it now? Do you have any pictures you could send online?

Hi,
The townhouse is still available, it was built around 1966, it is in average island condition,(livable, but not wonderful).
If I do not sell it as is, I will do a complete remodel (new cabinets, granite countertops, tile and paint throughout).
It is about 950 sq feet and is vacant at this time. I just got sand in my camera so, sorry no pics !

This townhouse is on St. Croix. Aren't you looking for St. Thomas, or maybe it doesn't matter?

The townhouse had been rented long term for the last several years by one tenant until Jan.
The address is 11 Mahogany Welcome.
