Located mid-island, we are 25 minutes from either end of the island and even less to the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. We are just over the hill from shopping, grocery stores, the movie theater, and the Mid-Island Center where outdoor theater and concerts are presented. We are minutes from the downtown restaurants and the famous Boardwalk of Christiansted. In the other direction 25 minutes is the west end beach where the cruise ships arrive and some of the best beachside cafes.

This apartment is fully furnished from cookware to beach towels. Included with the rent is the wireless internet for a six-month lease, trash bin on the property (no trip to the bin site), pest control, convenient off-street parking in a safe, quiet area, and onsite management. There are also two coin-operated laundry rooms on the property and we have a clothes line available.

This apartment has a floor plan that allows you to open the energy curtains to air-condition the whole apartment, or close them to keep the bedroom cooled at night. The full kitchen has plenty of counter space for food preparation. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a flexible hand-held nozzle. Beautiful colors and cozy decor is a nice at-home feel when coming home from work or the beach.
