Unique One bedroom apartment located on the west end of St Croix.
My present tenant has notified me that they will be moving on...vacating the apartment at the end of the December.
This apartment is part of a large gated private residential estate.
Located at the end of a paved government roadway.
No noise, no passing traffic, lots of fruit trees (orange, banana, 3 types of mango, coconut, & plumb) and flowering plants and bushes.
A couple of local deer and absolutely no chickens!
Located slightly north and east of Frederiksted town; in the hills with Caribbean Sea views and relaxing pastoral scenes of the properties and fields between the estate and the sea.
The property is in the middle of approx. 20+ acres of Cruzan bush and woody hillside.
12 minutes to the airport, 20 to Suny Isle, 30 to Christiansted, and only 5 minutes to all the west end beaches, all without having to drive through town!
We do have many splendid sunsets...plus colorful rainbows when it rains down the hill.
The apartment is well weather-protected by the local hilly terrain from storms; either tropical or hurricane.
Neat and nicely furnished open style apartment; air conditioned bedroom, huge bathroom with shower and tub.
The main area has a sliding glass door onto a large wooden deck...overlooking the forest and ocean below.
Tropic designed king size bed with matching nite stands and dresser.
There is a modern galley style kitchen with plenty of storage shelves..
The galley has a gas range with oven (read saves WAPA), large frost free refrigerator with ice maker in the freezer, large stainless steel sink..
The living space has comfortable tropic style sofa and easy chair, lamps and tables, plus also has air conditioning.
We supply DSL internet and extended service cable television.
There is an instant on gas water heater (really saves more WAPA), washer and dryer (also gas operated for WAPA savings).
There are additional ceiling fans throughout the unit, even one in the bathroom!
CFL and LED bulbs throughout for continued energy savings.
Private key-less entrance with electronic pushbutton coded door lock.
The electric is metered and included and itemized on the monthly rental invoice.
Huge private roof top gazebo for your BBQ, lounge chairs or hammock.

Smaller pets are allowed.
We have lowered the long term lease on-time rate to $795.00 + utilities: first, last and security deposit required.

I believe that I have answered everybody's requests, concerns and covered all the questions, if not please let me know.
This unit will be ready for new occupants first part of January...need to do some painting and repairs.
Have some new furniture to put into the unit and then we're all set to go.
