One bedroom Furnished Studio Condo.....
One adult or couple. Clean, new tile, Fans , New stove, New Queen Box Spring and Mattress, partial ocean view. 2nd floor, Safe and Secure. Laundry on premises.
Plenty of parking. $700.00 month plus utilities......Security, 1st and last months rent due at least signing.
References required. No smokers please.

I need a place by Dec. 12,2008.! I am a travel nurse and need to start with a 6 month lease with the possibility to extend. I would like to know the location of the condo as well as if there is internet service or the possibility of connection to the internet. Please respond ASAP! I am short on time. Hello Tony,
The Condo is located on a hill with a view of the ocean overlooking Christiansted harbour. It passes by our new "C'sted. Bypass" You will also see the "Sea Planes" landing. The cell tower is "Line-of-Site" and has a strong signal. The "Bypass" is nearing completion and access to the Hospital will be easier. It takes about 10 minutes travel time.

I would be interested in the studio. I am an ex-attorney practicing massage, yoga therapy and Ayurveda on St Thomas. I would love to rent the place starting around the 5th of Dec. for at least a month. I do have a medium size dog and a cat. Both are very sweet and well trained. Please let me know as soon as possible.

i will be landing in stx on march the 9th and will be lookin4 a place to live will be there 4 at least a year will there be any avalible openings?

To say that the by-pass is nearing completion is a gross exageration! Work has been delayed/halted by land slides.

Have you actually driven up and looked at the progress they are making!? Work has not been halted! Trucks have been going back and forth at a busy pace(as I live at "Peters Farm" and see the workers). They are in the process of repairing the "slide" as well. I don't know the completion date....do you!?

I will be moving to St. Thomas the 10th of March for a teaching job. Any way the condo will still be for rent? If not, any other suggestions of apartments for rent for atleast a year?
I'm also looking to purchase a cheap car and or scooter, any suggestions?

This is on St. Croix. When you see STX, that means St. Croix. St. Thomas is STT and St. John is STJ.
