I have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH waterfront house with 2-car garage available for rent starting about mid-April and beyond. The house can be available furnished or unfurnished. It is also available for sale by owner but is not currently listed in the MLS. I'll make a good deal to someone on either rent or purchase. Owner financing for a purchase possible under the right circumstances. If I have to use a Realtor to find a tenant, the price goes up to cover the added costs. If a Realtor is involved in a sale then owner financing would not be available. Best deals are direct and the sooner the better!
Location: just west of Long Point on Ruan's Bay (estate Whim about a mile east of Good Hope School)
The house has lots of privacy and is pet-friendly for all those of you with multiple pets having difficulty finding a place where you won't be restricted on who you add to your family. It is not fenced but is on a dead end road with 60+ acres of open space around it and only a couple neighbor houses about a block inland.
The property has a sandy beach, calm water, and sunset views across Sandy Point all winter long. All the conch you might ever want to eat is in the seagrass in 5-10 feet of water just offshore! lol. Some lobsters, too, and Permit (a type of fish) if you prefer rod and reel. Less than 10 minutes to Sunny Isle.
The most recent tenant has just vacated the house and I am having a contractor make some repairs prior to releasing the house for a new occupant. It is available for showings now. My best availability for showings is on Wednesday morning or most anytime on Friday and Saturday.

The contractor and engineer begin their repair work at the property on Monday morning. Things are on track for this property to be ready for new tenants by mid-April. I'll be putting it on Craig's List sometime next week.

Renovations are moving right along (surprisingly fast for the island! lol) The property will be ready for its new tenant by April 26th. Now available on Craig's List.

I just sold my house near Sandcastles and would like to stay more west. I close May 30 and would be able to move in June 1st. I am a professional who works in C'sted looking for long term maybe be even option to buy. You did not list a price....can you tell me a price and what it includes?

I am very interested in a long term lease. It is a shame I will not be able to move until July 1st. 🙁

I will be at the house tomorrow (Friday) to accommodate the various requests to see the house by people who might be interested in buying or renting. I will arrive no later than 11 AM and stay at least until 1 PM for anyone else who wanted to stop by.
I also have a 1/4 acre level lot for sale nearby, about 300 feet from the beach, priced at $30K, that I can show to anyone interested in acquiring a nice piece of easy-build land. Both properties for sale with a seller-finance option for good buyers.

Ok, great day. Sold the land and have a couple who wants to rent the house for the next year.
The house is still available for sale at $240K with or without the tenants staying. Owner financing is still an option under certain conditions.
The tenants want the property unfurnished, so I have a condo full of furniture now available for sale. I'll be making another post about that in the next couple days, but for now I have the following:

For the large furniture items, I have movers coming in a couple weeks who could haul them up the one flight of stairs from the condo to the parking lot level to make it easier to pick them up if you were able to collect them that specific morning. No charge for the haul-up service on that day. Available sooner (immediately) if you have the manpower to haul them up one flight of stairs yourself.
I also have a 2000 Ford Expedition available for sale. I need the use of it for 4 more weeks and then it can be yours. Best offer!
It runs great, A/C is cold, brakes new, etc. Looking for around $4K, but am open to offers.
I have a 1990 Suburban that is available FREE to anyone who wants to tow it away. Good for parts.
