I've been looking for someone for two friggin' MONTHS to no avail. Therefore, I am going to lower the rent to only $475/month + utilities. One thirty-something male looking for one good roomate to share a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Estate Welcome, just east of Christiansted.

House has the following features and amenities:

*New windows and screens throughout entire house
*New paint job on entire exterior and most of interior
*New high-end Hunter ceiling fans in every bedroom, and in the kitchen and living room
*Washer and dryer
*Off-street parking
*Covered front porch
*Double-doors opening to sun deck
*Large kitchen with garbage disposal and plenty of space
*Lots of kitchen appliances such as blender, food processsor, coffee maker, etc.
*Fully furnished with nice furniture throughout
