Hey guys, a couple of things I forgot to mention:
*Twice weekly trash removal is included, a real luxury onisland. NO HAULING YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMP!
*Mail service is also included, another luxury. NO NEED FOR A P.O. BOX!
*Security deposit is $550.00
*Pets are PARTIALLY ok. A single cat? Shouldn't be a problem. A dog? Possible, we'd have to talk about that one.
*House gets a complete pest control service once a month. This is part of utilities.
*We have basic cable TV service only, which is also part of utilities. If you'd like extended cable, it may be possible, we'd talk about it.

Hey all,
Sorry for the delayed response, but I an unforseen event suddenly occured and I was off-island for the last couple of weeks.
Anyway, yes the place is still available, but there are a couple of very interested parties and it looks like it will be rented very soon. So, if you'd still like to see it, PM me asap.
