I have assorted condos and apartments available for rent on St. Croix:
2-BDR, 2-BTH Schooner Bay unit overlooking Altoona Lagoon and out to sea. Fully furnished and equipped with most house wares for easy move-in. Rent has been reduced to $1800 per month plus metered power and water. HOA includes Cable TV and pest control. There are two swimming pools, BBQ areas, tennis courts on site. Laundry is available in the unit. King bed in master, two twins in guest room, plush furniture in living area, big screen tv, huge gallery. Immediately available.
2-BDR, 2-BTH Colony Cove unit on 2nd floor of "B" building with ocean views from living area and gallery. End unit with extra windows. Well appointed and with new refrigerator and laundry appliances. Bathrooms just remodeled. King in master, two twins in guest room. Rents at $1800 per month but negotiable for long-term lease. Immediately available.
Two 1-BDR condos at Caribbean View on 2nd floor. Basically furnished and a few house ware items are provided. One is in better condition and rents at $850 per month plus power. The other rents at $750 per month. Laundry room and dumpsters on-site. Most other utilities are included by the HOA. Available as soon as they are cleaned from recent tenant move-outs.
Great House at Estate Clifton Hill - 3 BDR, 2-BTH historic great house in good condition available for long-term lease at $2500 per month plus utilities. Furnished with antiques. Laundry room and machines provided. A/C in some rooms.

I also have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH WATERFRONT home available near Longpoint (off Carlton Road in the west end) available for rent about September 1st. Partially furnished at this time. Rent to be discussed depending upon circumstances. Pets possibly allowed.

The Schooner Bay condo is now available at a huge rent reduction for just $1500 per month. This unit has rented to past Hovensa contractor tenants at $2200 per month! It has plush living room furniture rather than rattan. Great view and location in the complex that makes you feel like you're out in the country even though you're conveniently located in the Gallows Bay area of Christiansted. You can even walk or bicycle to work if you are new to the island and work in town and don't want to buy a car just yet.

We will be needing a 1/1 that is pet friendly - around 9/15/9 - 10/15/9 (m/i date) and didn't want to spend more than $700 per month. Laundry facility on site would be nice. Obviously, we would also pay our own utilities.
We lived at Bay Gardens in 2007 and only paid $600 per month so I know they're out there, just need help (and quick) finding another one.
We have a 2 yr. old boxer (85 lbs) who is extremely friendly with children, cats and other dogs. Duke is one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet. And then there's Phaeroh, our cat who acts like a dog. Fixed and de-clawed, he prefers to just laze around the house all day. We are bringing them with us. They are our kids. We are willing to pay a reasonable pet deposit.

I also have a very nice 1-BDR at St. C's available now through mid-January at $1200 per month plus WAPA. Most other utilities are included by the HOA. Unit has a full wall mural of a Caribbean scene in the great room, newer furniture, large plasma tv, stainless appliances, etc. Landlord plans to return to island sometime in January, but this is a great option for a travel nurse or someone who just wants a 3-4 month rental to get to know the island before locking into a full year lease at the property of their choosing.

Units still available at:
Schooner Bay (long-term preferred),
Colony Cove (short-term in October and long-term starting in December as November is fully booked),
St. C's (short-term through mid-January, then available in late spring for long-term lease after snow-bird landlord departs)
Caribbean View units available long-term with 1-week notice to have them prepared for occupancy (cleaned & power turned back on, etc.)
Southwest shore waterfront house, 2-BDR, 2-BTH, partially furnished at this time but more furnishings could be arranged if needed.
