Properties available now:

Large 1-BDR condo at St. C’s in the central north shore region of the island. This is about 8 minutes drive from downtown Christiansted and a similar drive to the hospital or justice center and 15 minutes to Hovensa, which makes an easy commute for most new arrivals to the island. I will have another unit at this same complex available in early August. These typically rent in the $1400-$1800 price range, depending on location and condition of the specific unit available at any given time. They come furnished and equipped with most house ware items necessary for a new arrival to settle in easily. The complex is a gated community and mail boxes are provided. Water and cable tv and pest control services are also included in the rent. Power is at the tenant’s expense. The current vacancy is a walk-in level unit with no stairs required for entry. The unit coming available in early August is accessed down one flight of stairs and has a grassy back yard out the back sliders. These condos have awesome ocean views and a great breeze. They also have A/C if desired. Laundry in the units. Neither unit is currently listed for sale.

2-BDR, 2-BTH condo at Colony Cove in the “condo row” area a couple miles west of downtown Christiansted. This complex recently installed a gate at the parking entrance for added security. The condo is furnished and equipped. Power and water are a metered service at the tenant’s expense. The complex provides pest control, wireless internet and local phone service. Rent is usually $1800-$2500 per month at this complex. My current vacancy is a ground floor end unit with no stairs required to enter. There are A/C units in both bedrooms and a large gallery/patio off the living and kitchen areas. Laundry in the unit. This condo is on the market for sale and the lease would require a move-out clause in case the buyer wants the unit vacant at closing.

4-BDR, 3-BTH house in a mid-island neighborhood. Includes a 2-car garage and a fenced/gated lot. Laundry is in the house. There are 3 living areas. This house is great for a large family or 3-4 roommates and does allow pets. Easy access to the two main private schools for families with school aged children. Only a 2 minute drive to the Justice Center or Sunny Isle, 6-8 minutes to Hovensa, and 10-12 minutes to Christiansted. Cistern water is included and other utilities are at the tenant’s expense. Wireless internet and television packages are available. House is going on the market for sale and lease will require move-out clause if the house sells to a buyer who wants to move in. Rents for about $2200 per month plus utilities. Negotiable depending on length of lease, etc.

2-BDR, 2-BTH house with broad Buck Island view, located in the east end of St. Croix. Rent is $2200 per month with cistern water included. Other utilizes are at tenant’s expense. House is furnished and equipped. Large yard. Pets allowed upon approval. House is on the market for sale and lease would require move-out clause if house sold and buyer wanted the house vacant at closing.

Frederiksted: 2-BDR. 1-BTH apartment is upstairs unit of house in downtown F'sted. A/C, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, security system. Available unfurnished at $750 per month or furnished at $850 per month. Utilities not included.

Large 1-BDR condo available at Carlton Condominiums starting early August. Can be long-term lease at $1K per month plus any utilities not included by HOA or month to month at a rate to be negotiated depending upon dates and length desired. This unit is furnished and equipped. It's a ground floor walk-in unit with no stairs. Accessed from the main parking lot for easy entrance. Broad back gallery opens to lawns and swimming pool area. Mailboxes and laundry room nearby. Complex has gate that is closed from dusk til dawn with gate clickers provided to occupants. Email for photos.
