I have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH villa with Buck Island view from oversized, fenced patio in Solitude (east end) at $2200 per month plus utilities. (pet friendly with approval). fully furnished and well equipped. Huge yard that is maintained by caretaker.
I have a new property available at Colony Cove. New appliances, mattresses, paint and more. Very nice 2-BDR, 2-BTH second floor end unit with a great ocean view. Kitchen being refaced now. Landlord asking $2K per month plus water and power (may be a little negotiable depending on length of lease, etc. Complex provides internet (no guarantee on speed), pool, gated access, local phone, pest control, etc. Sorry, no pets allowed at the complex.
4-BDR, 3-BTH houes available in Barren Spot. Furnished and equipped and PET FRIENDLY, too! Even a pool table. This is a great property for roommates as there are three separate living areas and a 2-car garage to give you lots of elbow room. One bedroom also has a sitting room or office. $2200 per month plus utilities.
Walk-in level, large 1-BDR condo at St. C's in the lower buildings oceanfront. Furnished and equipped with water, cable tv, exterminating, mailbox, guard gate and swimming pool provided at $1500 per month. Tenant pays power. Has split system A/C's. Sorry, no pets allowed at complex.

The Colony Cove condo has been rented through February 2nd, so is not immediately available. Those with an expected arrival date sometime in February can book early if desired.
The St. C's condo is available through the month of November as a short-term rental for $700 per week, then is rented December through March and will be available once again in early April.
The villas in Solitude and Barren Spot are still available.

How much for the 4br for 2 months starting may1 and how close is it to the beach

There is no way to guarantee that the 4-BDR would be available just when you want it from this far out. It's center-island, so not really at a beach. Figure a 10-15 minute drive to get you to a beach of choice. Short-term rates would be higher, but I can't quote it tonight for a May arrival.
