One more upcoming vacancy:

Rents for $2800 per month plus utilities. Water and cable tv are included, as are pest control services. Property is well maintained and located in a gated community. Sorry, landlord won't allow pets.

The 1-BDR condo at Caribbean View is occupied through June 6th, but will again be available after that for short-term, month-to-month, or long-term leases. Long-term is at $850 per month plus utilities. A little higher for shorter terms. Pet-friendly property.
