Both units now available (ready within a few days notice) in a 2-unit villa just east of Christiansted on the hillside above Gallows Bay. Panoramic views of C'sted harbor, Altoona Lagoon and all the way around to the Buccaneer. Upstairs main unit has 3-BDR and 2-BTHs while lower apartment has 2-BDR and 2-BTH. Both units are pet friendly. They share a laundry room. Each unit has its own driveway and parking area and separate gallery areas. Generator runs entire property in event of power outages. Upstairs asking $2300 per month furnished, downstairs asking $1700 per month partially furnished. Rents possibly negotiable depending on length of signed lease, etc.
2-BDR, 2-BTH refurbished condo at Mill Harbour available for long-term lease or month-to-month. Fully furnished and equipped, pets not allowed at the complex. Landlord asking $2K per month but may be negotiable for right tenant.

The 4-BDR, 3-BTH house in Barren Spot has been rented month-to-month and is no longer available. New tenant is seeking a house to buy, so this property may be available again within a few months.
The upstairs 3-BDR, 2-BTH main unit in the 2-unit Villa east of Christiansted is no longer available.
The downstairs 2-BDR, 2-BTH unit in the 2-unit Villa east of C'sted is still available and will now come mostly furnished at $1800 plus utilities. Pet friendly.
The MIll Harbour condos are still available.
The studio condo at Peter's Farm is still available.
I will have a large, 1-BDR condo at St. C's available in early December at $1600 per month plus utilities. Water and cable tv and Terminix are included. This is a walk-in level unit in the lower buildings with wonderful view north towards STT and the BVI's. Great breeze, too. This condo is NOT on the market at this time unlike some other rental condos.

Also will have a 3-BDR, 2-BTH condo at Saman Villas at Carambola Golf Course available a few days prior to Xmas. Fully furnished and well equipped for $3K per month plus utilities on a long-term lease. This is a great complex for families and new arrivals as you get familiar with the island. Golf right outside! Also could be available short-term during winter season. Contact me for rates.

One of the two units at Mill Harbour is no longer available. The other is temporarily unavailable due to a short-term tenant, but will again be available to long-term tenants in about two weeks.
The studio condo at Peter's Farm is still available.
the 2-BDR, 2-BTH apartment just east of C'sted is still available. Great views and pet friendly, too!

I think my husband and I should see the studio condo in Peter's farm if it is still available. I dont know where is the area called Peter's farm, is it close to Peter's rest? We will need one for long term by December.

Sermin - it's still available at this point. There have been several inquiries this week. I can meet you to show it in the next couple of days if you would like. It's in Christiansted on the hill behind the cemetary near where they are building the bypass route. It would be about 5 minutes drive from Peter's Rest.
