Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I have some current vacancies and some upcoming availability for condo rentals on St. Croix.

Available immediately:
Two units at Colony Cove. Both are 2-bedroom, 2-bath end units of approximately 1200 square feet with large galleries, in great condition. One is ground floor in Building A with no stairs required for entry. This unit is ideal for anyone with mobility issues or a family with small children. Nice view through gardens with peeks of ocean view. The other unit is 2nd floor in Building B with a wonderful ocean view from the living room and gallery. Both units rent at $1800 per month plus utilities. Rental rates might be negotiable for the right tenant and length of lease. Condo association maintains landscaping, swimming pool, security gate at entrance to complex, security guards, and also provides pest control, cable TV with HBO, wireless internet and local phone service to the units. WAPA power and water are separately metered at the tenants’ expense. Pets are not allowed at the complex. The unit in Building A is on the market for sale but is not frequently shown. Tenants are given notice the day prior to any showing.

2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Mill Harbour. This unit is in great condition and rents at $1200 per month plus utilities. First floor unit with half flight of stairs down to entrance of condo. Garden view. This floorplan has the bedrooms both on the parking lot side of the condo. Condo association provides cable TV and pest control plus maintains landscaping, swimming pool, security gate at entrance to complex, security guards, etc. Any other utilities are at the tenants’ expense. There is a restaurant (Smuggler’s Cove) on-site. The condo is on the market for sale, but is not frequently shown. Tenants are given notice the day prior to any showing. Pets are not allowed at the complex.

1-bedroom condo at St. C’s. This is a beautiful unit at the highest level in the complex with a breathtaking view. Many of the furnishings and appliances are new or nearly new. There is a full wall mural of a tropical scene painted on the long wall in the living/dining area. Unit rents at $1350 per month plus WAPA and any other utilities the tenant desires that are not provided by the HOA. HOA provides pest control, cable TV with HBO, WATER!, secure mail box, security gate with guard service, swimming pool, landscape maintenance. Pets are not allowed at the complex. The condo is approximately 1200 square feet (the same as most 2-bdr condos on the island!) This condo is NOT on the market for sale.

Available soon:
1-BDR condo at Caribbean View (near Judith’s Fancy and St. C’s). Unit rents at $850 per month plus metered power service. Condo association includes satellite TV (with deposit for decoder box), hot and cold water, propane for stove, landscaping and pool maintenance, mailbox. PET FRIENDLY with pet fee for approved pets. Unit should be ready for occupancy by mid-May. This condo is NOT on the market for sale at this time but may be placed on the market at some point.

2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Schooner Bay in Christiansted. This unit is well furnished and located on the backside of the complex with serene views across Altoona Lagoon and out to sea. Experience the convenience of living right in town but with the feeling of living out in the countryside. This is a downstairs unit accessed by half a flight of stairs down to the entrance. The condo has been renting at $2200 per month plus utilities for the past four years but is negotiable for a 1-year lease. Make us an offer! Power and water are separately metered at tenants’ expense. Condo association includes cable TV with HBO, pest control, landscaping and pool maintenance, tennis courts, hot tub, BBQ areas, etc. Pets are not allowed at the complex (although cats have been known to be in residence without the condo manager raising an issue). This condo is NOT on the market for sale. The unit will be available around June 5th.

Move in costs are first full month’s rent (plus any pro-rated rent for a partial month), security deposit equal to a month’s rent, a utility deposit that varies by property, plus a pet fee if appropriate.

All units are furnished and equipped with basic house ware items for easy move-in. All units can be available short-term until long-term tenants are arranged. Rates for short-term occupancy will depend on property, length of stay and other factors.

The St. C's condo is rented short-term through June but will be available for short or long-term rental starting in July.

Two units at Mill Harbour are also rented short-term through early June and available short or long-term thereafter. One at $1200 per month (floor plan with bedrooms on parking side of the unit) and one at $1600 per month (double width gallery floor plan).
