This is about 8 minutes drive from downtown Christiansted and a similar drive to the hospital or justice center and 15 minutes to Hovensa, which makes an easy commute for most new arrivals to the island. These typically rent in the $1400-$1800 price range, depending on location and condition of the specific unit available at any given time, but the landlord will negotiate for quick occupancy. The unit comes furnished and equipped with most house ware items necessary for a new arrival to settle in easily. The complex is a gated community and mail boxes are provided. I have been asked to assist with locating tenants for 3 other vacancies:
Two units at Caribbean View Condos. One is a 1-BDR ground floor unit that rents for $950 per month (may be slightly negotiable depending on length of lease). The second is a unique floor plan with 2-BDR and 1 larger bathroom than other units at the complex. It also has a larger kitchen area. It is a ground floor unit and was fitted out to accommodate an elderly tenant with mobility issues who lived here previously. It rents for $1200 per month. Both units come furnished. The rent includes water, propane, satellite tv and mailbox. There is a swimming pool, basketball court and laundry room on-site. The HOA manager is looking into installing a new security gate at the complex’s entrance driveway.

The same landlord also has a VERY nice freestanding studio cottage that rents for $950 per month, including water and the first $50 of WAPA each month.
