1 bed/1ba ground floor apt with patio and garden. Furnished, AC, security building, on site mail, laundry. $1200/month.
2 bed/2ba upstairs apt with ocean view. Gallery, Furnished, AC, security building, on site mail, laundry. $1400/month
Easterly Apts are in Orange Grove, behind the Golden Rock shopping center. Very centrally located near schools, Federal building, McDonalds. Minutes from Christiensted.
1 bed/1 ba down stair apt in Tan Tan Terrace. Partially furnished. Fenced yard. $650.00/month. I have 5 dogs. Your pet is welcome as long as the "kids" get along! Near Hovena, Sunny Isle yet very secluded.

I am relocating to STX and need a rental from October through Jan. 1st. I have a dog and will be working at the Dept. of Justice.

This 1 bedroom at Easterly rents for $1200/mth, and that is with a 1 year lease. It is a downstairs apt and has a little patio and garden in the back.

We are moving to St.Croix in Sept. We have 2 dogs, a lab and a golden. You are the Chiropractor and I am the Pilates Instructor!
Is the 2 bedroom available then? We are long term. Moving from Annapolis, Md. Any pictures you can send?

We are planning on moving to STX Sept.2007. Have 2 grown dogs - 1 lab and a golden. Both perfectly behaved. Can you keep me posted on your rentals closer to this time.

2 cents - If I was still there and I needed an apt. with pets, I would jump at the Easterly Apts. they are centrally located, close to shopping, town, various centers of employment etc . (especially the DoJ)
It is not the sexiest, waterfront area, but is not far from beaches, bars, boardwalks etc.
They seem very pleasant as you go past, and a secure lease that includes your 4 leggers is a rarity on StX. They are one of the few options (and I mean few) for larger dogs.
A nice little patio would be lovely in the evenings after work and living there you would not be psychotic worrying whether normal doggy ( or kitty) behavior would upset the neighbors/landlord.

need place starting in Sept. Have a Golden and a black lab. Both trained. Please keep me informed of what you have available closer to August. Looking for 2-6 month lease until we get established.
