Yes, it's still available and,
yes, it is fully furnished, with move-in convenience.
You get a starter supply of household basics like cleaning supplies, paper products, soap and the like, as well as bed linens, towels, placemats, etc. It's meant to be lived in immediately, with utilities and wireless internet on.
