This remaining unit is a large loft-style a furnished one bedroom / one bathroom apartments for either 6 month or 12 month lease.
It is located in Estate Little LaGrange, high in the hills above Frederiksted. The altitude makes for cooler evenings and fewer mosquitos! The house is really at the end of the Rainbow!!!
It is a distinct loft style with high cathedral style ceiling and many fans in addition to the air conditioning systems in the queen size bedroom and also in the living room/dining area.
We are pet friendly to dogs, cats and caged birds! An additional per pet deposit required.
The apartment has a 4 burner gas range, oven with an infrared broiler (self cleaning), large two door refrigerator with ice maker, washer/dryer, air conditioning and separate power meter, .and an outside shower to remove the beach sand!.
Additional guest sleeping with the hide-a-bed sofa in living room for those continental visitors!
An extra large ceramic island counter is in the kitchen, with eating area and lots of kitchen storage.
On the lower level all the floors are ceramic tile, walk-in all ceramic shower, tile counters and lots of storage in both the kitchen and walk in closets, multiple sky lites in cathedral ceiling in living room. The loft bedroom is wall to wall carpet. The bedroom overlooks the kitchen and living room, in addition to overseeing the rainforest.
The house is not close to any neighbors, kind of in the center of 12 acres of forest and woods.
Private balcony style porch extending from the bedroom, overlooking the ocean and the rain forest valley adjacent to the estate, plus a concrete patio outside for your BBQ and lounging.
Wired for BroadBand VI internet access, satellite television (2 dishes), VI cable TV, telephone, or use your cellular.
Sprint wireless internet works extremely well in this location, that is what I use, along with Sprint cellular.
There is a tower just up the hill from the house so we get a great signal!
Individual private parking within gated estate.
The government road (Rainbow Drive) that leads to the estate is a little rough, but that keeps the rift-raft out!
Fantastic views of the ocean and the best sunsets in the world!
Fruit trees; bananas, coconuts, mango, papaya, Cruzan oranges, sweet oranges, limes and lemons.
The estate is very quiet and private, additionally it is very safe and secure.
There is no auto or truck traffic, but you do have to slow down for the local herd of deer and iguanas!
