My husband and I are sailors. We are in our 50s and lived in Vermont
for many years where we raised 3 sons and owned a house. We are
educated (me-JD, husband-MBA). We have lived on our boat in the
northeast and FL. We operate a research consulting business from the
boat or wherever we are. Before coming to the Caribbean with the boat
we wanted to spend some time here checking things out. We also wanted
to make some connections for our business so that being down here
would be more financially viable and interesting. We are in Trinidad
now and will be in St. Thomas on Dec. 10 and would like to stay until
May and explore from there. We
are looking for an inexpensive apartment to rent while on St. Thomas.
We need something furnished with an equipped kitchen. Since we've
never been to St. Thomas we don't know the mosquito scene. If there
are mosquitoes we would like something with screens in the windows.
The only other essential is Internet. It would be great to have a
washing machine, an outdoor sitting area and some privacy , but these
are not essential. Close proximity to stores or taxi to get to a
store would be good. We'd be willing to pay to have Internet
installed and to get mosquito netting if needed. We are very flexible

Hi Veronica,
Unfortunately, all my available rentals are on St. Croix and not St. Thomas. There are several STT rentals on here, so you should have some luck.
