If somebody needs a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit....these two apartments can combine into just that. Ontime rent of 1800 per month plus all the normal deposits and costs. Utilities are metered...and you would have more privacy than if it were two unit!!!!
3 bedroom, 2 bathrrom Main house:
I also have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for rent, really big and beautiful, surrounded by decks and patios, view for miles. Ocean from side to side and quiet pastoral valley below. This is the main estate house to the previously listed apartments #1 and #2 above!
The whole place is serviced with a diesel stand by generator system in addition to the regular WAPA power. Innovative phone lines (3) are available, I use my cellular and Sprint DSL card. Satellite TV (DishNetwork to 735 channels) and Innovative cable are available. Private parking for the apartment #2 at the entry door…photos are available but they are prior to some massive reconstruction and building removal!
This third unit or "main house" is unfortunately a little higher in on-time lease @ $2,200.00 per month, but is almost 80% larger than the loft unit #2 and is still larger than the two units combined! Naturally it is plus utilities and the ever popular securities and deposits. This is a very large modern house, almost 2000 ft sq, plus many hundreds more in walled and fenced ceramic patio and decks. Air conditioning in the master suite and living room, Master bedroom is king size with mirrored matching dresser, his and her closets, cable and satellite service terminals, ceiling fan, and room for dancing! Maytag Neptune washer and gas dryer in the walk in storage pantry, two quest bedrooms with glass French doors, a private glass enclosed office area overlooking the ocean, huge kitchen with stainless steel Frigidaire dual door refrigerator (just purchased), custom lighting, up-scale Lady Kenmore stainless steel gas range with infrared broiler and some other neat accessories, including a WOK burner! Like the apartments, this too, is fully furnished.
I forgot to mention that the yard is terraced, with stairs leading to the lower yard…with orange trees, banana, mango, lemon, and lime trees. There are far too many fruits for me to use, so we all get to "pig" out together. The oranges are the “Cruzan” style sour, but we have one Valencia up near the wrap-around porch. The sour oranges make really great marinade for bar-b-que of fish, scrimp, etc., just can’t eat them fresh! Your lips will never un-pucker.

these are located in La Grange, Frederiksted.
Pets are allowed, it says. I believe with a pet deposit.
They are in F'sted.
I have seen pictures of the loft apt.....................VERY CUTE!
However, it's too far from where I need to be.

We are located east of Frederiksted, up high in the hills, but you don't drive through F'sted to get here!
We are pet friendly in all our apartments.
The present tenant in the smaller #2 apartment is set to leave in a heart beat, so let me know, when it is seen, it goes fast!
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport and about 20-25 to Christiansted...all depending upon traffic and school buses!
I used to work in Gallows Bay, start time about 7:30, but at that time of morning I missed the buses and school traffic, so it only took me 20 minutes to get there.

If anybody needs a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, apartments #1 and #2 can be combined to make a really nice and convienent house!
There are not many houses on this island with a great view, huge king size bedroom with air conditioning, queen loft bedroom also with air conditioning, and a combination living dining and kitchen with cathedral ceiling!
I cannot think of another with a 2nd floor gazebo overlooking the ocean....on time yearly lease payment of $1,800.00 per month or short term (6 months) on time for $2,000.00 per month, utilities extra.
