STX--A steal.Need to Sell a Few things NOW

Hello again! I have a few things that I really need to sell now to make room for a full house this winter, and these are at absolutely ridiculous prices. The bentwood couch is here....purchased for $300 for frame, never used, selling for $50-

Art Deco hanging light on chain, patina and huge frosted glass lense: purchased: $200, selling for $35.00

There is also metal flashing, about 30' I believe. Paid a fortune for it, the builder never used it. Selling for $20.00

One set of 4 tier metal rack shelves, rather like a bakery. Do not know the cost at Cost U Less, but seling for $200.00. May have two sets.

PLEASE: Remember this is St. Croix, and the reason for the sale is that I need to a) get rid of these things and b) you would have to carry them. I have a small car and cannot deliver.
