Fully furnished, located near Judith Fancy in gated and safe community of St C Condos, Queen bed, split AC, ceiling fans, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, pool and laundry facilities available, $750 to $850 plus security, pets considered, utilities not included. Total of six units all together in three separate buildings. Are existing renter are to hopsital, contractor for HOVENSA, major resort employees,---all professionals and all get along . Will be losing two military members who are tenants who were renting short term . Looking for professionals or retired , who is looking for a secure, quiet, and peacefull place to stay on St Croix. .
