The very spacious apartment is an upstairs beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that accepts pets. Rent is $1800 a month plus electric. Electric is already turned on so you won't have the hassle.
All appliances are included, front loading high efficiency washer and commercial size dryer, great for all those beach towels! A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans), brand new convection stove, fridge, microwave, TVs, etc...
The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars and for your toys.
Cable, water, gas, yard care and monthly pest control are included in the rent. Cable includes all extended basic as well as all movie channels.
We are located in a valley on the east end, very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted, and about 15 minutes to from Hovensa.

PICS of the house looks beautiful. I especially like the TV area!!! (wife likes the kitchen)
I am looking to relocate in the future. If my lease was close to expiration I would take it now.
I have two big dogs. Is there a size limit?

Good morning!! I have been watching the post on this house.....it is perfect for my husband and I. Our PMV will be May 18-24, and although the official move was thought to be somewhere around August, it may be more like June! When is the house available? Can we set a time to meet with you to view the property when we are there in May?

Uttica, there is not size limit. It's a large house would a good size flat fenced in yard for the dogs to run around in. 🙂 I agree with your wife the plasma's nice but that kitchen has really great storage with the island and pantry. My kitchen is much smaller, so I'm jealous....lol

Who is responsible for maintaining the yard? Is there a garage or covered parking?

Also included is DSL which is on a router. I don't guarantee it in the lease because I'm not technically savvy but we've rented this house out for five years and never had a problem.
When you come for your pmv, you'll see that garages and carports are very very rare. And we are not part of that rare group 🙂 But there is plenty of room for two cars/suvs.
