Come take a look!
The apartment is a furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath that accepts pets. Rent is $2000 a month and includes water, gas, yard care, and pest control. All appliances are included, commercial size washer and dryer (great for all those beach towels!), A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans), stove, fridge, microwave, etc... Nice patio with grill so you can grill up what you caught at the beach or just relax and enjoy the view. The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars and for your toys.
We are located in a valley very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted. And about 10 to 15 from Hovensa.

I prefer to rent yearly and the price reflects it, to rent monthly the rent would have to be more to include the costs of things like eletric, cable, cleaning, etc.. Please email or pm me if you're interested in a monthly rate.

I would like to make arrangements to have you speak with my husband. He will be going up there sooner than the family. He currently works up in Alaska. I know he would love to speak with you. If possible could I have him email you? On a year lease what sorts of deposits will you need?

I understand that this is close to the oil refinery. According to the pictures it looks like it is right off of a mainroad. What is the area like around? Is it a neighborhood?Thank you , I appreciate all the information you have given me.

While it is close time wise to the refinery it is not close to the refineray, it is on the east end. It is off of a road and its a quite road most of the traffic is when people go to work in the morning and when they come home at night. It is mostly a very quiet neighborhood. The area around it is all neighborhood/residental or empty field. It is in Estate Tipperary.
