1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo available on the desirable East End of St. Croix for immediate occupancy. Located in a gated community with plenty of amenities and great ocean view! Includes pool, basic cable, internet access etc. Looking for long and short-term renters. $1,200 per month + utilities (May 1 - Nov. 30) and $1,500 per month +utilities (Dec. 1 - April 30).
