Studio available for long term rental,$800 per month,plus electric,for 1 yr lease. Shorter terms considered,at slightly higher fee.
Unit located 5 minute drive to Red Hook,on condo property with pool, and beach access.Local bus outside main gate.Parking available.
Unit has king bed,TV,AC,and is furnished. Does not have full kitchen,but includes refrig,microwave and hot plate.Private patio can be used for grill.
