We have a studio that has a separate kitchen for rent right above Sapphire Beach in a soon to be a gated community on the east end about 1.5 miles form Red Hook. The apartment comes furnished and with kitchen stuff, with gas to cook on, cable, and internet for 1050/month. You pay electric and water. The apartment is in a private home that is fenced in with a locking gate. It also has a pool and laundry. The safari bus stops at the end of our private road.

This is in a very private quiet setting with fantastic views of St. John and BVI. It also has a pool and laundry facilities. You can sit under the flamboyant tree and read a book or just fall asleep. Or you can walk to Sapphire, Pelican, Lindquest beaches. And we have plenty of level parking. So you don't need to be mountain goat to get around.

We are looking for quite professional tenant to share our home as well as with other tenants. So no party animals need reply.
