Studio for 950/month on STT right above Sapphire

We are looking for the right tenant for our studio apartment right above Sapphire Beach WE ARE NOT ON SAPPHIRE RESORT OR SAPPHIRE VILLAGE BUT ARE RIGHT ABOVE SAPPHIRE BEACH ON THE BEACH SIDE OF SMITH BAY ROAD. We are looking for a tenant who is the quiet type and is not into the party scene. From your studio you can walk to Sapphire, Lindquest or Pelican beaches. So if you are a beach person this is ideal. The Safari bus runs right by our private road. This is a very private place and quiet home with a pool, laundry facilities, gas grill and it comes with basic cable and wireless internet and gas to cook with. The house grounds are gated and soon the whole Pelican Beach Point community will have a gate. So it as safe a place as there is. The views are simply beautiful. You look out over St. John, Tortola and Sapphire. And we have hammocks to sit in to read or fall asleep in. This studio comes equipped with all furnature and kitchen stuff. It has AC and with a main room that is 13 by 13 and a separate galley kitchen room that is 13 by 5. It has a large bath room with a shower. It has lots of closet space. Lots! It has 11 foot ceilings. And it has just been painted. There is flat ground parking under large trees so you don't have to be a mountain goat to get around. There is a live in caretaker on the grounds as well as we are here about 9 months out of the year. So we have you covered if there is a problem.

We are pet friendly but the pets can not bark as there are other tenants here as well as ourselves. We will are looking for a one year lease but will consider a shorter lease. If you have a pet there might be an added security.

The rent is 950 a month plus electric and 6c a gallon for water. First, last and security required.
