Hello,
I have a furnished studio available now for long or short term. It is located at Pineapple village,which is a condo complex on east end of STT.There is plenty of parking,pool and beach access. The condo has a private patio, king bed,AC,ceiling fan,TV ,and cooking facilities. However,it does not have a full kitchen.
The rent for 1 yr lease is $800 plus utilities,monthly.Slightly higher rates for short term leasees. If interested,please PM me, or you can contact Keith,my property manager on STT, at 1-340-998-5975. Thanks.

It is a 5 minute walk down the beach to Coral World.

What would you ask for a 3 to 4 month lease? I am on the island and looking for a place at the beg of March.

How far is it from Charlotte Amalie and how much do the utilites average a month?

East Ender is right, this is a match if I ever saw one!
Brad, if you want the east end, the utilities depend on what you use.
Check your local KWH usage, & multiply by .30, that`s a good estimate.
