I have 2 apartments available in Red Hook, St. Thomas. One studio with large screened balcony, A/C, furnished and equipped. Available now. $1200 per month, plus utilities (elec. and water, plus anything you want to add, like cable, etc). One bedroom with large open deck, furnished and equipped, including A/C in bedroom, washer and dryer and large gas grill, ice maker, storage bins, very private and secure. $1400 per month, plus utilities (elec.,water,cable, DSL, phone). Available approx. April 1. Both are located at Red Hook Mountain Apartments. Great view, and walk to everything in Red Hook. There is parking for one car each unit and limited guest parking. Pets allowed, under 30 lbs. and quiet! This is a quiet complex, mostly retired people, so if you enjoy cranking up your tunes after about 10:00 pm, this is not the place for you. I am very interested in either your studio or 1 BDRM apartment for me and my friend. She will be working at the Ritz Carlton and I will be working at the Westin on St. John so Red Hook is the perfect location for us! We would need the apartment starting about Mid June. Hey rachael-
just so you know the westin offers housing for its employees at guinne grove. you may want to check it out, they are new 1 and 2 bedroom units. if your friend is working there tell her to ask.
