I am relocating to the Virgin Islands, and I am looking for a possible roommate, or a reasonably affordable place to live. I'm interested in the east side of St. Thomas (near Red Hook would be great), or the west side of St. John. I'd also be open to someplace on either island with easy access to the bus system.
I'm a female in my late 20's, non-smoking and without pets. I'm very easygoing and I'd love roommate(s) who are the same way. Possible hiking, traveling, or diving buddies would be a nice bonus. I will be arriving either the very end of May or the beginning of June, so I am looking for someone who has room around that time.
Also, if you know of a studio or one bedroom place available somewhere near Red Hook, or on St. John, please contact me and let me know details, including rent. Pictures are appreciated.

I am continuing to look for housing, so if you know of anything available, please contact me. Also, I do have a job lined up for when I arrive, so that part of the relocation process is taken care of.

Hi,
I have a studio for rent, about a 5 minute drive to Red Hook. It is fully furnished,with AC, TV, appliances, dishes, microwave, small refrig, electric burner,etc. It has a pool and beach on property of the condo complex.How long a lease are you looking for? And when are you coming down?Please let me know.You can reply via PM.

I've found something for the month of June, so that I can get my bearings and look at places in person before signing a longer lease. So, I'd be looking for something to start the beginning of July. How much is the rent?
