Looking for someone(mature, responsible, non smoker, no alcoholics, please) to share 2 bedroom/1bath apartment in Mandahl Area.
$700.00 a month which includes Wapa, WIFI, Telephone(local calls only).
Cable service can be added to your room at your own expense.
Security deposit equal to 1 month rent required with at least 6 months agreement.
You must have a car to live here as there are no bus/safari service.

Sorry, yes it is furnished.
Yes, there is T.V. but not connected with Cable service.
It is available starting September 1st.
And yes, would consider short term or PMV.

I have availble a bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home in bolongo. Pets welcome. Pool deck, private yard. An apartment is almost finished being built on premises which I will be moving into. Then the 2nd bedroom in the main house will be come available as well if you choose to move a roomate in there down the line. You may call at 340 - 690 - 6219.

Marty - how much is rent for the bedroom that's available? When do you expect the second bedroom to become available? How much will rent be for both? Do you have any pics? My friend and I are moving down there in a few weeks. We could manage in a 1-bedroom for awhile. LOL.
