We have a one bedroom apartment available right on the knoll above Sapphire and Pelican Beaches. It rents for 1250 a month, with the first, last and one month security required. Water, gas, and basic cable are included. It has a pool, bar-b-que and the yard is gated. This apartment has beautiful views of St. John and Tortola and the has wonderful breezes. The bedroom has AC. You can walk to the beaches in a few minutes. And there is excellent parking.
We are looking for a professional tenant(s) who want to live near the water and enjoy the peace and quiet of a private home. No party animals need to call.

Hi, I just called you from Iowa... I was wondering if it would make any difference, if you still have the apartment in October, if we paid the rent for six months up front. that is if we can see the place first.
