Ford Explorer Package deal. Hunter can easily move to a mooring or kept at Slip with reasonable rates
month to month, Electric and water are available. Sailboat motor is a 1988 Yanmar 30, newly rebuilt and
runs excellent, but will need a new alternator and 2 Small fuel tanks with hoses. Mast is laid on the top
of the Hunter and has Mast Head, Foot and spreaders. Some Rigging and sails are on Hunter, Will need
to be stepped with new lines and some rigging to make her sailable again. Haul and Reutter are in good
shape but require a bottom cleaning and paint.

Hunter amenities include both Shore Power and newly rewired 12 Volt Panel with 2 Deep Cycle Marine
Batteries along with a 30 amp shore cord and a 50 amp extension. Hunter sleeps 8 people and would
make an excellent charter boat.

Running 12 Volt Water Pump with 110 Volt Hot Water Heater and a 50 gallon water tank will ensure a
hot shower every day. Aft and Forward Cabin linens and cushions are on board, Shower and Sump Pump
working properly. A 10,000 BTU Air-conditioning Unit is located on top of the sailboat and ventilated
into main cabin. Wireless Internet provided by Choice Wireless for $60 month. Head is operable along
with Vanity Sink and mirror. Hunter has 12 volt lighting as well as Fluorescent lights that operate on
Shore Power. Galley has a small fridge, Hot Plate and Oven. Dishes and Glassware included, 26 Inch HD
LCD, FM CD Stereo with speakers inside and out with 2 Large Fans to ventilate while at the dock.

1992 Ford Explorer runs great, new brakes and AC. Not pretty to look at but will definitely get you from
point A to B with no problem but will need minor suspension work on passenger side front end.
