Hi,
I have a roommate leaving island and will have a room available come June 1st.
We are located the the Pine Peace neighborhood of Cruz Bay. It's a 10 minute walk to the ferry dock.
It's a 2br/1bath apartment. Rent for the room is $600 and includes all utilities. We have cable with all the channels, a DSL connection and a deck with somewhat of a water view.
No pets, smoking allowed on the deck, room is furnished.
