Good morning, everyone,
I'm moving back to STJ tomorrow after a few months of travel. I've lived there on and off since 2008 (all my stuff is there!) -- looking to make it permanent this time. 🙂
I'll begin my housing search in earnest once I'm on island, of course, but thought I'd post here in case anyone is moving down in the next couple of weeks and looking to join up with someone to share costs for housing. I'm a 30-something woman, laid back but responsible, and my equally laid back (slightly less responsible) kitty-cat comes with.

hey! i have 2 cats! moving in from the states at the beginning of january. if you still need a roomie around mid-end december, PM me. 23 yr old college grad, responsible, don't drink excessively, very laid back. i do smoke cigs, but that's an outdoors habit i'm trying to quit before i get down there.

Fun couple looking for a female or a couple to share a rental on St. John.... I have a good job on island and we are looking for a job for Reyne...We will be arriving back on the island the first week of January....I am 55 and Reyne is 47....we would also consider house caretaking.....we are bondable....

i will be heading back down to STJ dec 31 for the season. i am 28/f/ clean, responsible, easy going, self-sufficient, motivated, and happy. i have lived on stj before and am excited for another season in paradise. looking for a house or apt to share with someone.. or room for rent anywhere within walking distance to town (cruz bay). please let me know if anyone is interested!
