My condo at St. C's is vacant and available for immediate occupancy. Anyone seeking a new home for New Year's? This could be the one!
Fully furnished and well equipped. Much better furnishings than you get with the typical rental. Ground floor in the waterfront building, means you have a grassy back yard out the gallery grill gate, which is perfect for enjoying sunset cocktails with a view across Christiansted Harbor and out to Buck Island.
Rent negotiable for the right tenant who is ready to move right in.
