Update:
I have had several calls and e-mails, in answer to them; I forgot to put into the posting that the house can also be rented unfurnished @ $2,000.00/month for a year lease + last month + security deposit.
Utilities are not included. Shorter, longer or additional custom-terms lease options negotiable, pets are still OK but additional.

For those who have PM for info and other questions about the property, the house is part of a 3 unit private complex, so there can be two other tenants living in the same area.
