Hello folks! I hope you are all well pursuant to the storm and that anyone left without power gets it back within the next day or so (I read that the island should be at 100% by Wednesday). As October is a busy month, I wanted to update what is available in terms of rentals. They are moving very quickly as others I believe would concur, so please do not hesitate to contact me should you need either long term, short term or vacation rentals.

ST. CROIX:
Estate Solitude: Top of the Mountain. One bedroom guest house with large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, 2 sitting areas and wrap around porch. Exquisite. Pool just down the steps along with grills and outdoor lounging areas and a bar. Views of the BVI's, Buck Island, Vieques, St. Thomas, PR. Fully furnished. $1,600 plus utilities.
Constitution Hill: Two bedroom house with separate office space. HUGE living room and sitting areas, fully furnished, large dining room, large kitchen, master suite and guest bedroom. Tons of storage space. Pets okay. Tenants must have good rental or ownership history. $2,500 plus utilities. A/C.
East St., Christiansted: Two units left on a newly refurbished building. Re-constructed from the ground up, on the historical register. Off street parking, soon to be fenced. There is one, 1-bedroom unit with 4 person dining table, good sized bedroom and bath, plenty of storage and space for clothing, fully furnished down to the last detail. You would just need to walk in and unpack! All furniture, A/C, etc. brand new. Local phone, WiFi and basic cable included in rent. Water/electric separately metered and tenant's responsibility. $950 per month. Also, studio apartment, clean, neat and new. Full kitchen. Couch, futon, doubles as bed. Beautifully laid out. Utilities same as the one bedroom. $800/month.
Hermon Hill: Very large one bedroom apartment, last unit left. Full kitchen, dining area and LR with basic furniture, large bedroom with tons of storage, balcony with view of mountains heading from Christiansted towards mid-island. Easy access to both C'sted, Hovensa/Hess and mid-island. Side yard included and can be fenced in for a pet. Private driveway. $950/month plus $175 for flat rated utilities. A/C extra.
La Grande Princesse: 2 of 14 units total have just been completed on this historic 2 building property. HUGE. Both available now are 2-bedroom units with 1,500 square feet! The living room alone is 56 feet long. Newly reconstructed, nicely done. Gated parking, lots of green areas and a laundry facility and pavilion soon to be added for tenants' use. $1,350 plus utilities. One bedroom units to be completed by the end of this year, 8 total, each over 1,000 square feet. Near Pelican Cove.
Vista Del Mar: One-bedroom condominium with pool, view of Buck island, laundry facilities. Bedroom, LR and Kitchen as well as a gallery. Gardens just being completed. $900 per month plus utilities. This unit is one unit away from the pool and the grand view of Buck Island.
Green Cay/Southgate: 2, 2-bedroom houses, both quite large and fully furnished. One is the pool house with a private pool and the best of indoor/outdoor living, the second is called the 'Island House' again with lots of room and a huge living room and balcony that look directly out at the Caribbean and Green Cay. Each are $2,500 per month plus utilities. Possibility of owner considering offers. Both equipped with washer/dryer. Two lovely acres of landscaped property with two gazebos for tenants' use.
Pre-Move Visit/ Vacation Housing:
Bugby Hole: 1,700 square foot first floor apartment. One very large bedroom and pull out in the living room. Changing room, laundry, kitchen, gorgeous pool, view of Haypenny beach and South shore. A tropical paradise! $225- per day. Please contact regarding availability.
Cotton Valley: 2-bedroom guest house with laundry, kitchen, living room and patio. Very nicely redecorated. $225/day. Please contact regarding availability.
Both of these PMV/vacation options will be $275 per day in season, however if you book now, the $225 will be your cost, regardless of the time of year.

Hello there again! I just got the word that at the estate in Southgate, both the Poolhouse (2 bedrooms, LR, kitchen with washer and dryer, 3 full bathrooms, outside: pool, dining area, sitting area, outdoor kitchen area) and the Island House (top of the hill....full view of Green Cay and marina, 2+ bedrooms, huge living room, eat in large kitchen, large porch and laundry room) are being rented for $2,500 per month each, plus utilities, however REASONABLE OFFERS due to the current economic situation may be considered.
I thought this might be of assistance to someone, so wanted to convey this information. These properties are pet friendly.
