Hi Renee: St. John is a beautiful island, but I don't own any rentals there. I love St. Croix!! If you know anyone looking to relocate to STX, its a great house!!! Take care.

Hi: Planning on relocating to St. Croix. How is the area that the house is in? Is rent negotiable?

Hi: I think the house is in a great area. Its on a hillside and has a great view of Christiansted Harbour and the North Shore. I've never had any problems here. I would consider rent negotiation.

Would love to hear more, unfortunately we arn't moving to St.Croix until Sept., but if you have anything available then - WE WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED. We are a professional couple with two dogs ( A GOLDEN AND A LAB) both trained and wonderful. Can include (local St.Croix recommendations).
