Any comments on the St. Croix condo real estate market . Are they moving? They don't seem to me - what percentage sell to asking prices

If you look on MLS not many are moving at all....only 2 under contract right now.
I think there was a discussion recently about sale vs. asking prices, on this forum, but I cannot find it.

There are a lot on the market with little activity. More showings the past month as snow bird season has started to hit. A few offers and some negotiations going on, so there may be a few more under contract soon. Prices have dropped on quite a few units and there are some good deals out there. There are also some priced way high compared what they will likely appraise for.
