Central A/C, washer/dryer, reverse osmosis for pure drinking water, full equipped kitchen, pool, oceanfront, security gate and security cameras. Available for rent 1 April 2014 -- 30 September 2014. $1,800 a month plus utilities. Security deposit required. No pets or smokers.
